Comprehensive     Listening Training

6 hours

The Comprehensive Really Listening workshop starts with the essentials of Really Listening and includes in-depth training on how to listen from inside out to the Other Side/Other Sex, how to read body language or topics of your choice (see topics below).

Listen from the Inside Out

1-3 hours

The essential Really Listening workshop. This will get you started on your journey of self-improvement and compassion.

Listen to the Other Sex/Other Side of the Brain

2 hours

You will learn some very basic differences in the way men and women take in information and stimuli then apply it, plus how they each need to be listened to in different ways in order to feel heard.

Speak Body Language

2 hours

Learn how to interpret what you and others are really saying, and how to shift people’s perceptions, by adjusting your own body’s position around.

Listening for One –on-one and Front-line Service Providers

6 hours

Teaches listening and interpersonal communication skills health care workers, aesthetic technicians, legal professionals: people who work one-on-one with clients, some of whom may be in dire straits. Be able to provide the service of listening without burnout. Reverse “learned helplessness;” by listening clients into helping themselves, becoming resilient, especially in these hard times. Very successful outcomes.

Activate Your Right Brain

The 21st Century calls us to come into our whole minds, using both sides of the brain to see better the big picture, to be creative, empathetic, spontaneous and out of the box. You will learn about the sides of the brain, heart intelligence, and engage in exercises to stimulate your right brain.

Improv for Life

Apply the skills and exercises an improvisational actor uses to being more in the moment, creative, responsive, and authentic in your everyday life. Can explore work, personal, creative and future life. Very experiential.  

Mediation

12 hours in 2 days

Teaching youth and adults the process and skills of mediation, for schools, workplaces, and dispute resolution centers. Listening is a big part of mediation.

Guerilla Mediation

5 hours

Rather than bring in professionals, people on the front lines learn this quick, effective mediation process to resolve conflicts as they arise. Especially for employees, students and parents.  Includes Listening.
