These media production, technology and distribution principals have extensive experience in the motion picture and television industry, in particular the structured financing and distribution for Digital Media production and development.
Community Development Partners
Local county and city government agencies and lenders have a big role in the successful completion of projects proposed by the D-Force Regional Center. These projects will not only renovate and revitalize their cities and towns but also create employment and income in the form of taxes. It is vital for the local governments to be involved in the projects proposed by Digital Force Inc. and for financial institutions, specifically lenders, to help ensure the successful development of the proposed projects.
New Market Tax Credits - 39%
Investment banking, hedge funds and other resources are likely partners in the D-Force real estate based investments. One such project is the Gotham4 Studios, destined for a TEA region in the City of Beaverton. The studio facilities will involve the establishment of an existing site in need of refurbishing to meet LEED certification standards, qualifies for 39% New Market Tax Credits, be located in a strategic location to best serve its purpose and meet the financial criteria to be a viable project. This facility will then provide space and services for the community as well as the Regional Center's slate of productions.
