Michael J Lasky's extensive consulting career includes, Producer- Hall Bartlett Films, Executive- The Jonathan Livingston Seagull Company, CEO-CinemaZone Studios Inc., Founder of Continental Designs Hawaii, Partner with Adrian J. Wilson, F.A.I.A., Co-founder- Driving Technologies Inc, Founder- Gotham Metro Studios, Inc, Founder- Mountaintop Productions Inc., Exec.VP- TSDV tech incubator, producer for 20+ years and recently produced a feature docu-drama showcasing some 'Oprah's favorite' top "Living Luminaries" of our time. Mr. Lasky has been consulting and incubating businesses since 1980.

Michael McGowan, Chief Operations Officer

 

Michael McGowan, COO, has over 20 years experience in strategic development, management, and administration. He has held senior management and engineering positions for startups and Fortune 500 companies including Qwest Communications, Fiber Optic Technologies, Symantec, GTE and Tektronix, Inc. Most recently he was Director of IT for Ameriscape, an $80 million Oregon nursery. Mr. McGowan has an A.A.S. degree from the ITT Institute, his B.S. in Computer Science and Business from Linfield College, a B.A. from Marylhurst College, and two master's degrees – MBA, MISM - from DeVry University.


Clifford Schinkel, Chief Creative Director

 

Cliff has over 30 years experience serving corporations with production, direction, marketing and interactive media design. He has served on projects for Ford, the Smithsonian Institution, Shaklee, HealthNet, Sony, AIG, Intel, Disney, Daimler-Benz, Nike, and literally hundreds of others. Cliff's skills include print design, packaging, ad campaigns, film, video, special effects, set design, radio, broadcast, 3D animation and visualization, internet, game, kiosk and software UI, tradeshow and immersive exhibit design, and more. Cliff has held positions ranging from CEO, to co-founder of a dot-com boom company specializing in interactive automotive photography, to adjunct University Professor, to Creative Director of large media pre-and-post production facilities. Always inventing IP in emerging digital media technologies, Cliff is an extraordinary artist and an innovative thinker.

Bo Rinaldi, Director, Tech Accelerator

 

As president of the DFI Technical Accelerator, Bo Rinaldi's stellar achievements are clearly evidenced by his involvement with Edison Labs, Good Life Networks and Meriwether Associates.  Bo was on the ground floor for such historic landmark events as the creation and launch of both Macintosh and IBM PC, as a key player in the personal computer revolution. 

Appearing on CNN, MSNBC, the cover of Newsweek, Fast Company and the front page of The New York Times, this trusted partner and C level advisor has been the provider of technical teams to many of the most prestigious corporations in the the world, including ETrade, Match.com, Apple, Netscape, Oracle, Netflix, CitySearch and many more.  Bo Rinaldi was fondly referred to by the New York Times as 'the Jerry Maguire of Silicon Valley' and worked directly with icons and influential Valley leaders such as Steve Jobs, John Warnock, Asim Abdullah, Condolezza Rice, Gregory Slayton, Bruce Scott, Gideon Gartner, Douglas Englebart, Marty Mazner, Larry Tesler and Nicholas Negroponte. His teams designed XML, WebObjects, Cold Fusion, Quicktime, Acrobat and many others. Bo brings an engaging style, passionate energy and significant background in many key roles regarding innovative and break-through technology creating empirical success for the Digital Force tech accelerator.

Sarah M. Chipowsky, Production Manager

 

Extensive experience in the Film and Television Industry of Los Angeles and the fields of entertainment/film and event production, education/grant writing, technical services and the non- profit sectors. UCLA, Anthropology Department, North Carolina School of the Arts, an innovative leader and creative entrepreneur, cultivating visionary techniques of imaginative communication.


Kris M. Dipaola, Chief Technology Consultant

 

Kris has worked in high tech for more than 15 years. Her focus is on development and management of large-scale on-line applications and their hosting environments. She manages projects from inception through implementation and administration. Prior to working with D-Force, Kris served as Project Director at Environmental Capital Group (ECG), Manager of Online for WWF International based in Switzerland, and Partner and Executive Vice President for an Internet startup firm with offices in Portland, Oregon and Tokyo, Japan. She has worked on large and small online applications as programmer, Unix systems administrator, systems engineer, database administrator, and security and network engineer. Kris has her B.A. from UC Berkeley.
