Advisory Board and Consultant, HR, Talent Management Executive Search and Placement Lynn Ogden possesses over 25 years of field experience in general management, human resources, marketing, financial control and information systems. Before starting a consultancy firm, she was Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International, a leading global talent management firm, based in Hong Kong and San Francisco from 1988 to 2008. Prior to relocating back to the U.S. in 2006, she helped build the Asia Pacific practice and served as Regional Team Leader for the Global Consumer Market. Lynn successfully managed over 550 recruitment assignments in consumer, fashion/retail, entertainment, media, hospitality, manufacturing, energy and the internet as well as management assessment projects for both global and Asian companies. |
