Burning Man Helix Experience

Burning Man offers grants to assist artists in building art projects for the annual playa event. There are many talented artisans competing for these grants. Here are images from a proposal I made for a sculptural exhibit using projectors and translucent scrims. The theme of 2011 Burning Man was 'Evolution', and this is what inspired my DNA Helix design. On the three scrims was suggested a slow morphing sequence of human, botanical and geographical images changing through time.
